I love that The Zone gives me accountability that helps me finish tasks. I'm more consistent showing up for the sprint knowing that other people will be there too. I've tried to "time-block" before, but when it's just on my own, it's way easier to blow it off or do something else and not reach my goals. I love that everyone gets to knock things off their lists, but if you need collaboration or another set of eyes on something, you have a built-in support network to help.
